Really good shopping experience im getting ready for a long holiday soon, so I was honestly just walking around trying to figure out which product would be best for me. I didnt even ask for help, but Eylias noticed and took the time to assist me properly the whole time. We had such a wonderful experience at Bendigo Chemist Warehouse thanks to one of the staff members. Maxy was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and so patient while assisting us in choosing fragrances. Nothing felt rushed, and he took the time to really understand what we wanted. It was refreshing having someone so friendly and helpful 😊

Deciding to purchase a new fragrance for myself for Mother’s Day on a super busy day meant staff were under pressure and in high demand. Keshia was so patient while I tested several and made a decision, not once making me feel rushed for her to get to the next customer. This was so appreciated and I love the choice I made!

We are a group of friends visited chemist at 4:30pm. We got some medicines and we were waiting at the counter. The person at the counter didn't asked us to come forward and didn't even greet us. He was racist and literally threw the receipt at us. Such a ruthless behaviour. The customer service was too bad. His name is Bradley.

Purchased 500mg of creatine yesterday within 24 hours wanted to return it unopened. Told it was a consumable product and was refused refund. They said it may have been tampered with. It had not. Finally got to speak to the store manager, who refused to give me her name on three requests. She said that they get all sorts of people in the store and that they would have to throw out the creatine if they accepted it for a refund and that she would loose her job. She showed me their refund policy after some difficulty which was not visible at the point of sale. The store manager also stated that if I had returned it yesterday that they would have refunded it. I said that I was trying to return it within 24 hours. So if they could refund yesterday why not today? She continued to treat me with disrespect and I left very disappointed and I will never shop there again.
