Phoenix electric is always on time and has affordable pricing. My wife and i are happy with the service. We went through several electricians and they were the only one that actually did what they said they will. Randy the owner was always on top of things through the whole process of our whole house remodel. I highly recommend this company.

I hired Randy Lossa to do a complete wiring job on new home construction. 1900 sq ft 2 bedroom, 2 bath home, no garage. He quoted me $7500 to wire, install panel, all interior and exterior lighting with 6 ceiling fans. 13 months later and 3 different employees it’s done. But I the homeowner installed all lights, fans, range hood myself to get job done faster and so quality was to my standard. I am a perfectionist and expect that when hiring anyone for anything. Collier County failed the inspection from work they performed, noting it was shoddy workmanship. County made them put in correct weatherproof outdoor gfi receptacles and proper ul listed plate for air handler. When completed final inspection January 26th 2021 Randy started asking for balance due which was $2500. I then told him I deserve at least $1000 for installing all lights, fans, range hood and assisting his employees with tools, ladders and my time. His response was “Ill give you $500 off and if you don’t accept that I will put a lien on your home for entire amount!” His invoice had last years date and showed he did all work I did. I asked him to change it before final payment, I waited 5 days and asked him again. He then said “Talk to your wife”. He went behind my back and contacted her for the money and she paid it. Don’t trust him, shoddy workmanship and takes way to long, then threatens to lien your home. I will be filing suit against him for money he owes me!
