I just want to share my experience with the owner and staff at this lovely boutique! The beautifully curated collection of clothing here exactly meets my taste! Tara and the staff have gone out of their way to order in a special piece for me now and then. They have also let me know when something I may love is coming! Special thank you to Caroline for this. 😍 She even came in 15 minutes early one morning when I had to get to an appointment after picking up my items! They are truly amazing for a personal experience and gorgeous selection. This is my only boutique to shop at when in Greenville. Thank you for everything!
Drove 45 minutes only to wait for store to open 10 minutes late. As a man, needed help in a women’s clothing store. Operator was on phone the entire time I was in the store - and I was the only customer in the building. Oh well, another shop owner sent me to a better retailer downtown that sells the item I needed. Made my $400 purchase from that retailer and will happily never return to Pink Bee. Should have read similar reviews here and saved time.

Walked into their store yesterday and was immediately turned off. We were one of three people there at the time. Not one single associate greeted us. There was no smile or anything. The one young associate who finally spoke to us after more people walked in was not knowledgeable of inventory nor was she confident in the collections of Lilly in store. I was very impressed with their selection and the variety of options. However, their lack of customer service and treating guest in the true Lilly way made us walk out. I was dressed in all Lilly as well. They could have easily seen that and used that as a talking point. Hate this is what our experience was as my boyfriend was very excited to treat me to a Lilly shopping spree. I only give them two stars for their variety of Lilly in store and the beautiful set up.
Pink Bee GVL is the best Lilly store I have ever been in. The customer service is next level! The ladies that work there go above and beyond to make sure you have the best shopping experience possible. I wish every store in GVL had the same level of love and kindness towards their customers. The cherry on top—the fabulous clothes that are displayed so nicely!! Trying to figure out the next time I get to go back!!!
