He arrived on time, addressed all of my concerns with my plumbing, kept me informed about everything he was doing (explained what he was doing), cleaned up all of his work materials and EVEN hauled off my old commode. First off, Kenneth’s company is family-owned and operated, and it truly shows. Everyone we worked with was professional, kind, and genuinely invested in helping us. They were able to get our home on the schedule incredibly quickly. Kenneth’s son came out to run diagnostics on our water heater, and when it became clear that we probably needed a replacement, they had a new water heater ready and installed the very next day. From diagnostics to installation, the entire process took less than 48 hours. The installation was quick, high-quality, and impressively clean — they left the space better than they found it. Outstanding customer service, honest work, and fast turnaround. We now have no crazy sounding pipes and we have hot water! I highly recommend them to anyone in need of plumbing services.
