Was not very happy initially the day of my appointment. My appointment was between 8.30 and 11. At 5 o’clock I called and they still couldn’t give me an exact time. So I rescheduled for the next day. They were right on time. Great technician. Very pleased.
Technician Sam performed the job of installing a hot water heater and a PR valve in my home, he did the job quickly and professionally, he worked very hard to make sure everything was done correctly and worked as it should. I will recommend Roto-Rooter and will hire them again for my next plumbing projects.
Excellent service! Not only was my plumber able to come in a timely manner, he did such an excellent job. He tried the less involved ways first to dislodge the clog and save me expense, then moved to more difficult drain clearing as needed. I appreciate that he kept in mind the cost to the client. He fixed other issues he noticed that would cause future problems. And the area was left spotless where he was working. Thanks so much for managing to make a backed up drain a pleasant experience!
Our tech, Brandon H., was great. He was professional, knowledgeable, and promptly took care of cleaning a drain that was backed up. Highly recommend Brandon. Four stars because the cost to snake a basement drain has exponentially increased since the last time I had it done (about $125 in 2017).
We had an Easter Day emergency with a backed up main pipe. We had a lovely plumber named Sam who was able to come out within the hour to help us. He gave us some options on how to handle it and gave great advice on how to keep the system clean and maintained moving forward after he did the work. Very friendly guy and super helpful!
