If I could give a neg zero I would. Worst place I have ever been. Jill is RUDE and very unprofessional must have gotten her degree at Walmart. Had urine sample and was told to l have on a cabinet in the bathroom. anyone could have picked it up. Went for possible UTI, never took my temperature, nurse never ask questions about why I was there. Acting like she was in a hurry to get out of the room. All employees were very rude and unprofessional. Do not go here unless you like rude employee, Jill being the rudest, does not want to hear what you have to say. AVOID THIS PLACE NEED TO SHUT IT DOWN OR GET NEW EMPLOYEES WHO CARE!!!!!!!!!

While I love my doctor here, Prisma Health's administration is making it too difficult to receive care through all the automated processes it is enforcing on its patients. I have called the offices to schedule an appointment and the only option I have is to leave a voice mail and hope for a call back because the offices will not invest into an onsite scheduling team. Sadly, this is a poor example of not investing into the right areas of your clinic to promote positive patient care from beginning to end. I hope Woodward Adult Medicine will reconsider adding scheduling staff dedicated to providing a person who can answer the phone when patients call the office.

This place gets the GOLD AWARD FOR ABSOLUTE WORST practice I have ever encountered. If you are elderly, this is a definite NO for consideration of medical care. The nurse practitioner Jill is a rude, racist, unprofessional, and a very disrespectful person. She even disrespected her staff while one of the assistants was trying to provide some assistance. She lacks bedside manner, empathy and compassion and should never be in the medical profession. Most of my encounters with staff have been absolutely HORRIBLE. I have never been to a practice of any sort where I cant get a call back or a response via MY CHART for 3 weeks after being told my elderly father's urine specimen was abnormal. Three weeks to get any response and then on the next week the doctor was on vacation. This was not the first time. I blame myself for staying this long. Dr. Witt is a good physician but works at the most disgraced practiced ever. She is part time and if she is not in the office you are SOL and no one cares! I have complained to the office manager and nothing changes. In a nutshell, you will be treated like a second class citizen no matter what. I have never had to prepare a formal grievance for a doctor's office but I suppose there's a first time for everything. Do yourself a favor and dont even consider this place of foolery called a doctor's office as an option for your loved ones medical care.

This is a fantastic office and practice. The office staff is efficient and friendly. I rarely wait more than 5 minutes for my appointment. And Dr Diamant is the best. I really trust his judgement.

We have been going to see Dr. Diamant for years, we've had issues in the past with his office trying to charge for a full visit instead of a well visit, when they do this we get charged a high copay. I was told by Dr. Diamant himself not to worry about them doing that as long as no new prescriptions were prescribed. I had a well visit in June and sure enough received a bill for a full visit, I reached out and was told by his nurse that I discussed things at length with him so that's why I was charged. I didn't realize that discussing wellness at a well visit was not allowed. Oddly enough my husband who had a well visit a couple weeks ago with the same doctor was also charged for a regular visit when he also only did the standard well visit with no new prescriptions. I feel this office tries to advantage to make the most money out of each appointment and the nurses are rude when it's discussed that it needs to be billed correctly. I received notice today I was turned in to a bill collector after they ignored my emails stating that it needed to be rebilled. I've never been turned into to collections in my life so this is extremely frustrating. I would not recommend this office or the doctors that are obviously out for a bigger paycheck and do not want to take the time to discuss their patients health concerns.
