We can't thank Rainbow Restoration for making our house safe and whole again after the hurricane damage. Especially their team headed by Michael managing and worked so hard with the insurance company to ensure we were compensated fairly. Also, his ability to direct and making sure all the work was completed correctly in our home. We would highly recommend this company for any of your home repairs.

Randy has been cleaning our carpets for more than 10 years now, both at our current home and our previous one, as well as for other members of our family. At this point, he’s the only person we trust and recommend for carpet cleaning. He’s always on time, incredibly thorough, and just a genuinely great person to have in your home. Over the years we’ve gotten to know each other well, talking NFL football, Buffalo Bills updates, and even comparing notes about growing up in the snow up North. Beyond the great conversations, his work is consistently outstanding and dependable every single visit. What really stands out about Randy, though, is the kind of person he is off the job. After Hurricane Helene, he went out, bought groceries with his own money, and drove them up to the affected areas just to find people who might need help. That says everything about his character. He’s simply an all-around good guy who genuinely cares about others. We’ve had nothing but positive experiences with Rainbow, and if you’re lucky enough to get Randy, you can be confident you’re going to receive excellent service. My mom had an issue where a sewage pipe had come apart under her house. When Elliott came out to consult, he very kindly put the pipe back together and yesterday they did the cleanup! Very impressive work but the most impressive part was the integrity and character shown by Elliott when he explained that some of the work he had initially given in the estimate didn’t have to be done and would be deducted from the total! We would never have known if he had to do it or not! His honesty speaks volumes for him as a person and I would HIGHLY recommend him and Rainbow Restoration!
