I went there to exchange some boots that I had ordered on the Rainbow Shop website! They did not have the actual boots that I wanted but I did end up buying a few things! I rather shop online because they have more choices and sizes but you have to pay for shipping if you return something! I live in NC and I have to drive to SC to get to the Rainbow Store! The only reason I drove there is because I thought that I could get a larger size there instead of waiting for them to receive the boots and send another pair!
Good quality stuff. The material is soft, could be better. And the cashier was nice to me and my fiancé. We’ll be back.
Not any good without a receipt even if the tags are still attached i mean they could just look up the sku number in the system for an exchange but they give you a hard time they want have to worry about my business again
I love going to rainbow. The clothes are nice and the service is good well every now and then there maybe one not so nice but it’s all good. Whenever I need a go to outfit I can always count on on rainbow
I had purchase a few items, Came back to return some pants that’s was unsellable and a few other items. Only to get charge twice. Then when I came back about the issue they going tell me they was going call never did so I went back up there just to get told they gotta look at the cameras. But out of that Donte was a big help
