This place is a gem, slightly tucked behind San Churros but offering excellent food and service. They were fully booked but offered a table with limited dining time (which we appreciated), and served within 15 mins of sitting down so we had plenty of time to eat comfortably. The fare was tasty, hearty and generous; all the dishes met expectations with my personal favourite being the kimchi soup. Happy to return (but might make reservations next time)!
This place is great and very vegan friendly. I ordered takeaway and it was ready to me very quick. Vegan japchae is my favourite tasted so flavourful and portion is generous. Vegan kimchi pancake I recommend it too the sauce is amazing.
This is a cozy Asian fusion restaurant full of character. The space is decorated with many interesting cartoon figurines, blended with plenty of greenery, creating a chic yet warm and inviting atmosphere. Dining here feels very comfortable and relaxing. The portions are generous, the presentation is beautifully done, and the flavors are impressive as well. The restaurant also offers outdoor seating, but it’s recommended to make a reservation in advance.
Amazing food and excellent service. The place was packed but thankfully we had made a booking. With it so busy I wondered how the service and food times would be affected but I needn’t have worried. Our order was taken and entree delivered in short order. The entree (Gyoza) was delicious. The mains that followed was equally flavourful. The service was incredible, the staff were so attentive and polite even though they were obviously incredibly busy. At one point my wife accidentally knocked her fork off the table and as she picked out up the waitress was standing already offering a clean fork. I’ve never witnessed this kind of service in launceston before. And in a packed and busy restaurant. Very impressive. I’m definitely returning, with so many more delicious things on the menu to try. 10/10
If you’re from interstate, it’s normal but it is good for the area hence their higher rating. The fried chicken is crispy though the sauce is a tad too sweet. Kimchi fried rice is quite good. The black bean noodle is also a bit sweet, but otherwise not bad. Overall, it’s good food and you’ll be left full.
