Excellent experience! Stellar customer service service! Crew worked cleanly and efficiently - our entire house was re-floored in less than two (2) days and the result is absolutely beautiful. Pricing and financing were extremely reasonable and easy to set up. Scott and his team did a wonderful job! Very very highly recommend! In fact, have already booked this team for a second job, and I know other family members will be using this company soon.
The install of tiles in bathroom and laundry went flawlessly! Hoover(sp?) was tireless , professional, and expert in his work. Arrived as planned, did not stop until finished and a pleasure to work with. The tile is beautiful ! Looking forward to the re-carpeting install by Rite Rug crew.
We needed to replace the carpets in 4 bedrooms with the existing luxury vinyl flooring installed by builder in the rest of the house. Contacted their sales rep. Jim Schlenker. He explained the process and gave us a very fair bid and have the work done in one day. The 4 man crew arrived on time and started right off ripping out the carpet and tack straps. We moved most of the furniture but they moved the beds. They worked very fast and the flooring matched very well and integated perfectly with existing flooring. Crew arrived on time at 9am and we're cleaned up and furniture in place by 3pm. It was a very good experience and I would highly recommend RiteRug for your flooring needs.
Love the flooring, but the crew that installed it, didn't clean up well and they scratched up the base molding and kitchen cabinets. And I had to point out some areas that they pulled carpeting out of and left them as open holes. Also they left screws sticking out of a threshold plate. I have attached a few of the areas.
We are happy with our new floors and the one carpeted room that was installed. We are thrilled to have them in and the job finished, but it did not go as easily as we had thought. Our neighbor had new floors put in a few weeks before ours with this same company. Her home and ours are the same size, she had all the carpet taken out and replaced with flooring floors like we did (with the exception of one room of new carpet we had put in). The crew she got that installed her floors were much quicker than the crew that we got to do ours. Her floors took four hours start to finish. Our job took two days and for some reason this crew decided to not complete the bathrooms until the second day, leaving us without toilets for almost two day, also the crew did not speak any english so it was hard to communicate with them. Those couple things were unfortunate. But we do love our floors and the job looks to have been done well. Also Jim, our sales person was very informative and professional and we liked working with him. We are hoping to get a few extra boxes of the same flooring just in case we have to makes changes down the road.
