Service First was excellent. Dan was concerned we would be uncomfortable during the weekend without A/C, so he brought another employee wth him to install two portable units to keep us cool till Monday. Monday morning technicians came and installed two A/C systems in our home. By six o'clock our house was cool! Everyone was terrific!
I was told I needed a whole new unit. $ 9,000 later. I called another company. They came, serviced it , it cost me $89.00. Now , I have cold blowing air. Certainly, the tech underestimated my knowledge. This was my father's business, so I know a little. Do not trust them.

Had a leak in my pool heater. I pretty much identified the location of the leak and called Service First. They responded within the week. The technician listened to my information and I provided a photo of the area I discovered. The tech zeroed in on the location and made the necessary repair to the outgoing pvc line. The leak is repaired and seems to be successful at this point. Service First (formerly The Green Team) originally installed my heater and they have made any necessary repairs since that time. They have been dependable and fairly priced.
