I had such an incredible experience with Alondra and cannot recommend her enough! From the moment I sat in her chair, she took the time to really listen to what I wanted and made sure I felt comfortable throughout the entire appointment. Alondra was extremely thorough and explained everything in great detail, which made me feel confident and informed every step of the way. It was clear that she is incredibly knowledgeable and passionate about what she does. She offered thoughtful recommendations tailored to my hair needs and suggested a few products that I’m genuinely excited to start using. Not only was she professional and personable, but she also completed my hair in a timely manner without ever making me feel rushed. Her attention to detail, caring nature, and expertise made the entire experience enjoyable and stress-free. I’m especially grateful that she was the one who did my wedding hair. Silver Salon was amazing! They prioritize making sure guests feel welcome, safe, and cared for. Small details like names of new clients on the sign out front and offering free coffee while providing great service and a wonderful atmosphere. The washing room was so comfortable and relaxing. My appointment was very detailed and my stylist did an amazing job and I was comfortable in the chairs and the salon the entire time! Ava did an amazing Vivid Color total transformation for me and I LOVE IT!

I felt welcomed as I pulled into the parking space. The Welcome New Client sign recognizing me was lovely. Haley took time to talk about me, my hair and what my goals are. She asked a knowledgeable peer to answer some questions about a product line which can help with thinning. I received a goody bag including a deep treatment and product discount voucher.

Kierstan was amazing!!! She did a great job of answering any questions I had! I am also very particular about my hair and she was very open to changing things up to meet my needs. I love the way my hair turned out and have gotten so many compliments!! Highly recommend her!!

Loved my experience at Silver salon. From even before I walked into the salon, I saw my name on a little welcome sign outside. They welcome you with a drink with so many options to chose from. I was very nervous getting my long hair cut but Haley made me feel very comfortable quick. The hair wash alone would have been a 5star review, it was very relaxing with a warm blanket and I almost fell asleep. I love my haircut and it looks so much healthier.
