After Hurricane Milton, I contacted ARK ECO, and Zach came to my home to assess the roof damage. Shortly afterward, they installed a tarp over the leaking areas while we waited for the insurance company to process the claim. During that time, Zach stayed in close contact to ensure the tarp was secure and that everything at my home remained protected. I truly appreciated his consistent follow-up and genuine concern. Once the insurance payment was finalized, Zach and his crew spent two full days removing the severely damaged roof and installing a new 3,200-square-foot roof. Zach was extremely knowledgeable and very patient — especially when explaining the entire process to both my wife and me. He helped us select the best materials and even guided us on where to obtain samples. At the office, Ms. Tgan was kind and very helpful, walking us through the material delivery process and clearly explaining the payment schedule. On the third day after installation, Tony and Mike came to perform the final walkthrough. They carefully inspected the roof to identify any potential issues and asked if I had any concerns. They truly went above and beyond — finding and correcting minor items I hadn’t even noticed — to ensure I was completely satisfied with the final result. Overall, the entire team demonstrated professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care for their customers. I am extremely satisfied with their work and would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

ARK ECO put a new roof on, this job was done (even considering rains) within a few day. We were so impressed with the quality of the finish it was just beautiful! They keep you up to speed ( via text msgs) as to the inspection all the way thru completion! Zach and his team were exceptional from start to finish... This is my third home with solar with the previous two done by a different company. I was impressed by the attention to detail and professionalism. Zach took time to explain the new system, ensuring I understood how everything works and what to expect in terms of energy savings. I had ARK install my solar panels, I was told that it would take two days. The crew I had that day worked hard and finished in one day. If I have any questions I contact Zach and he responds back immediately. Couldn’t ask for a better company to install and have my back with the system.
