I took my husband’s wedding band in to Bingham Jewelers to see if they could possibly repair. It is 40yrs old and I thought if they couldn’t repair it, I’d buy him a new one. He hasn’t been able to wear it for years. Well, Ro couldn’t have been sweeter. She looked at the ring, asked if he played golf, which I replied, yes, and said she thought the jeweler could buff it down and polish it up. I was so happy, as I thought giving his own ring to him for our 40th anniversary would be very special. They did the repair quickly for me and I just went in to pick it up, and it’s gorgeous! Looks just like it did when I gave it to him 40yrs ago! I’m thrilled to say the least and will be a faithful patron to Bingham Jewelers. Treated me very well and was very reasonable with the cost! Great job Bingham's!

What a pleasure to shop at Bigham Jewelers. I love the good service and knowledgeable people they have in the store. Shopping there is very easy. This trip was for watch service which was completed in a timely manor and my watch runs as good as new. I was informed all along the way of the progress of the repair and the job was done as promised.

I purchased a resale Rolex watch from Bigham and I will say they are a first class operation. Had some issue with the watch but they said ship it back, we will pay for the shipping and make the watch right. This was truly a top tier experience and I am impressed by their professionalism. Carol was the representative I worked with and she did all she could to make this sale a pleasant experience.

Wonderful experience buying a preowned certified Rolex watch. Purchased a very hard to find Rolex Pearlmaster 34 mm in absolute perfect condition. It is totally gorgeous. Bigham’s is an authorized Rolex dealer with an onsite Rolex watch specialist that is able to service/assess Rolex watches onsite. Bigham’s is a beautiful jewelry store with exquisite jewelry and timepieces and a no pressure, informative sales staff. Love this stand out jewelry store! ❤️
