The pistachio latte with oat milk was extremely good. I thought the overall price was expensive but if the beans are coming from bristot, that might justify the price. As an experienced traveler to Europe it was nice to sit in a cafe with strong Italian identity. Staff were friendly, and the cafe itself is nice. I would only suggest having allergens listed on the menu, as a person who can’t have gluten it was a guess on which food and drink I could have. A gluten free option would be nice like a scone or something like that, though I know that the idea of gluten free in an Italian cafe might be taboo lol.
This is my favorite coffee shop! Not only is the coffee top tier, the environment is so welcoming and the staff is extremely friendly. Sole is so reminiscent of a European cafe, and just has the best vibes! Their staple menu is perfect and the seasonal specials are always very fun and creative. I especially love that their flavored drinks aren’t as sweet as other places. The flavors/sweetness are never out of balance! You should definitely visit Sole!
My daughter and I enjoyed our drinks at Sole. The owner and other baristas were very friendly and helpful to answer our questions. My hot matcha with almond milk was smooth and delicious. My daughter had a pistachio latte with whole milk -so yummy!! The atmosphere was chic and modern. Highly recommend!
I had an amazing experience here! From the kind, friendly staff to the absolutely amazing latte- I loved every second of it!!! I will definitely be back to try some pastries with my latte next time. Sweet Jenna made our lattes today and is a 10/10 barista! So talented and sunshine in human form. Definitely in my top 3 coffee experiences in my life!
We stopped by after searching google for a coffee shop. I’m so glad we found this place. It was delicious! The pastries were fantastic, the coffee was on point, and best of all it wasn’t overpriced. Our order for 4 specialty coffees and 2 pastries was just over $35. We will be coming back!
