My A/C system was nearly twenty years old and it was time for a replacement system. I went to four different A/C companies for estimates. Superb was referred to me by a good friend. Another one I had been using for biannual maintenance and the other two I found on an internet search but had high ratings. I had estimates that had a range of $22.5 thousand from low to high! That's incredible! . Of all the estimates, Superb came in the lowest. By a lot! $2,600, in fact. I wondered about getting what you paid for but I decided to take a leap of faith because of the referral. I have two systems. One upstairs and one downstairs. Superb installed each in two consecutive days. Downstairs the first day and upstairs the next day. The workmen were very knowledgeable and the installation went without a glitch. My wife and I are so very pleased with the whole process and with the units installed. I highly recommend Superb Mechanical Services.
This is the best air conditioning company I have ever used! After the hurricane they came out the same day and saved my parents home from getting mold, then when I got power restored they came and took care of me as well. Colleen was extremely helpful in the office and the technicians were honest and friendly. Fairly priced and very helpful. I will definitely recommend them to friends and family. Thank you Superb Air!
Outstanding company always providing service above and beyond for our Maintenance Agreement with them. We called them at 7:15AM on a Sunday with a problem, and by 8AM had a professional technician come out. Follow up call received early Monday morning!
We have received several poor ratings on Superb Air due to global issues (Accounting, Management, Work Quality). Thus, we are warning the public to BEWARE and ensure agreements are made prior to service.
I had an very productive experience with Superb! They have an excellent team of professionals working diligently. They upgraded my trane system a couple months ago.
