Since I cant add to my original review, ill just leave another one. Somebody called and said my car had been sitting parked for 2 months since april, which was not the case. video evidence shows the vehicle was parked there just a week prior, due to a main water break inside the community leaving my driveway inaccesible. Somebody was not happy with where my car was parked, because they claimed the guest spot as theirs, they wrongfully had my car towed. The Property management company is addressing that situation. So while you may think you know all the facts, you do not. Again, there is video evidence. Sometimes the most disappointing part isnt even getting your vehicle wrongfully towed, Its finding out its been picked up by cavemen who lie against video evidence. Not a BBB company for a reason... 2.5 star reviews say it all.
terrible service ,the owner is rude, dismissive, no manners at all. not able to handle driver's stressful post accident situation He dodging contact with me, kept hanging up on me ( calling from different state) , simply asking him of the status of my car. My daughter , car owner( Florida's strange law) send him 3 letters authorize me to pick up my personal staff from the damaged car, didn't let me , lost$ 2,000 Kept the car the for no reason for 3 weeks on his lot( don't worry insurance pay for it) disgrace that department of transportation in Naples let him to keep his license???? , the worst if the driver speak with an accent, this guy treats you like a garbage IF God forbid and you have an accident in Florida,/Naples don't let police call for him, as an emergency keep in your wallet different towing company card , stay away from him
This company is lucky they are even getting one star. Total rip off. The older man in the office is one of the rudest I’ve ever had to deal with. They charge ridiculous prices, I was told a total price to bring to their office by a lady and when I got there on time with cash in hand the man at the front desk decided he was going to start tacking on more fees and a 10% fee to use my debit card. I questioned him why all of a sudden all the extra fees and that I was already told a price to bring with me and the man started screaming at me and threatened me to add on more fees if I didn’t stop “running my mouth”. All I did was ask about the amount and why I was being told something different from what I was originally told and the man lost it in his office started yelling at me. Extortion at its finest,,,total rip off. Save your time and money there are way better other tow companies out there. 5 star “Sky's the Limit” is your tow company to call
Went to go pick my truck up after getting into an accident the day before, I called them the day of the accident and they said 370 if i pick it up by 9 the day after and if i wanted to use debit, it was gonna be 10%. We get to the place at 8:30 and they said it’s been 24 hours and the price went up by $40, which is a lie because my truck didn’t get towed until like 9:15-9:30, we questioned them and told the guy at the front that the lady said come before 10 and it will be 370, he got mad and yelled at us and said “if you keep running your mouth i will charge 50 more”. The older man is extremely rude, and is a scammer. We called “skys the limit” towing and they were far more better and is i extremely recommended them
Broke down at 7pm on Saturday night without anything I could do. I ended up having to pay 705$ in cash(they refused credit/debit cards as they claim scammers from miami would cancel the charges) to release my car less than 10 hours from when it was towed. I was less than 10 miles from the towing company and since it was the weekend my only real option was to pay. I've never seen extortion at this level before in my life outside of a hospital or a used car dealership.
