Poke don was good, pork katsu don was not. Ham slices? Really? Tough cuts, too. Not doing that again.
Service was very good and the food was great as well. I really liked the Classic ramen with the gyoza combo. I’ve been here around noon before and it was nice and slow, but during dinner hours it gets very busy, so just expect a crowd if you come at night. Overall a very good experience and I’ll definitely be coming back again.
Nice decor and plenty of outdoor seating. The Tanaka Tori ramen was a bit salty, the pork Chashu Don was a hit! The Tokyo Curry Don Pork Gyoza was tasty, and the Hiyashi has an unexpected mild heat. It was cool and refreshing, though. The interior booth vibe is intimate, punctuated by servers and kitchen communicating in Mandarin. Even kitchen discussions could be heard.
Incredible ramen and very good service! The Tonkotsu broth is rich and creamy, and the pork quality is top-tier. They just opened and I am very satisfied with the service and food!
