I will forever be grateful for the 405 Venue team for the most incredible day of my life!! We had the most beautiful wedding and were supported by the best people along the way. After being a wedding planner and bridal stylist, I had really high expectations for my own wedding. Being in the industry, I can absolutely say that there is no other place in Greenville like the 405! Special shoutouts to Sarah and Nathanial! Sarah jumped into planning during our last 90 days and went above and beyond to help us. Nathanial literally hugged and held my mother at the end of the night while she cried, happy tears, after our send off. The team here has become our family and we will absolutely be back for many more celebrations!
We hosted our New Years Eve wedding at The 405 Venue and it was perfect! We enjoyed that the spacious setup allowed for us to transition through the building. The ceremony started at the front (guests were welcomed with champagne), cocktail hour was in the center of the building, our reception opened to the back, and we sabered a bottle of champagne on the back patio. There was more than enough space in the reception area for a seated dinner for 125 guests, stage setup, soft seating, photo booth, coffee & dessert station, and a large dance space for our very rowdy guests (they had fun). We could have easily fit a larger event in this space. The event team was accommodating and easy to work with when we had to navigate changing plans. Employees were rude and shuttle would not take us back to car that to walk and I found hair in my food. This venue would be good for birthday parties or wedding if you used a caterers
Biggest reasons for only 3 stars are 1) No on-site parking and, 2) It is a fairly basic (no frills) facility. That said, the service and the food were both FIVE Stars... So, if you are looking for a basic facility with great service and great food and don't mind your guests having to walk a bit, this is the place...!
I was at this venue for a special medical school white coat ceremony. The venue is fine. I’m sure it is great for all sorts of events. However, the parking for the venue is very difficult, requiring pretty long walks to get to and from the venue. I was comfortable inside because I do not like cold AC. However, others may have been a little warm.
