I've had my accident on August i went through the whole process. I was promised a pretty picture in the beginning. Just to be able to sign up as one of the clients. I was notified 2 months ago that my case had settled and they had received my check because I stated that I wanted to pay my medical bills on my own. This law firm has been giving me the runarounds for the last 2 months. When I just called to get an update, it's like pulling teeth. I just spoke with Amanda. The attorney she gave me the runaround. Telling me that she is going to email such-and-such person to try to get me a resolution. But at the same time telling me that another client is still waiting over a week for a response told me to pick up the phone and start calling the phone number to get a faster response. I explained to her. This is the reason why I hired this law firm. She stated to speak with her associate. She has no time for this phone call. And just brush me off the phone. This will be the last time I used this law firm.

Amanda Downing and the entire team at Delutri Law Group were absolutely amazing throughout my car accident case from 2023. From day one, they communicated clearly, showed so much patience, and made sure I got all the care and support I needed during a stressful time. They guided me to wonderful providers and truly fought for me every step of the way, even when the other side pushed back. They never gave up, and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome and service I received. Very positive experience concerning estate planning with The Dellutri Law Group, beginning with my initial call and ongoing communications with Claudia Cespedes, to my initial Zoom consultation with Carmen Dellutri, and followed by a subsequent onsite meeting with Carmen and team. Outcome was exactly as desired. On a side note, I'll point out that Carmen and the entire team were very personable and easy to work with. Highly recommended!
