I love my experience when I go to The Joint. You get options to which place you choose to visit and the check in is easy and convenient. I believe in chiropractic care and Dr. Luiz on Pelham Road exceeds expectations. The front desk help is delightful! Love it all.
Dr. Luiz has brought me back from being unable to stand upright countless times. Veronica always knows me by name and is as nice as can be. Glad they're here or I would have to choose between living in constant pain, or being broke, because traditional chiropractic is too expensive for multiple visits per month.
I have been going to the joint for a little over a year. Sometimes I find myself needing someone extra heavy-handed. I love coming to this location and having Dr. Luiz Campos work his magic! I always leave feeling extra refreshed.
Predatory membership practices. Extremely. Tried to cancel my membership and was not told the hoops that were needed to jump through in order to cancel. Which is unfortunate because the chiropractic services were mostly decent.
Dr. Luiz and the entire staff are absolutely amazing! To be welcomed by your name before scanning in makes you feel welcome and cared about! Dr. Luiz truly listens and helps promote continued whole body health.
