Hands down one of the best nail salon experiences I've had. 10/10 for me. I walked in feeling completely disappointed after another salon did such a poor job on my nails( nails peeling up and popping off not even 3 hours later), I only had a few hours before leaving for vacation but Quyen took me right in and saved the day!😩🙏🏽 He was incredibly calm, professional, and kind. His attention to detail and talent are unmatched, and you can tell he genuinely cares about his clients and the quality of his work. He’s a gem and I highly recommend this salon to everyone!!

This salon is awesome! T is a great owner and really appreciates all of his customers. I have been seeing Quyen for 4 years now and have never had a bad experience. 10/10

Didnt even last 24 hours and not only one but two nails broke off like nothing. Did them wayyyyy too skinny. Feels like i have glue ons instead of acrylic gels. 🫠🫠 nice location but the service sucks. What a waste now i have to go somewhere else to fix cuz lord knows they wont.

Today was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Over the last couple of months, I had seen Quyen twice for both dip manicures and pedicures, so I specifically booked an appointment with him for both services this morning. When I arrived on time for my appointment, I was immediately told at check-in that he “doesn’t do pedicures.” I questioned this because I had personally received at least two pedicures from him in the last couple of months. After I sat down in the waiting area, the receptionist told me that she had texted him and that he wasn’t doing pedicures. She then explained that he is “managing the front this summer” and therefore no longer does pedicures. That’s completely fine, but customers should be informed of that change. If someone is no longer offering a service, the booking website should be updated accordingly and existing clients should be notified. Interestingly, after I questioned the situation, the booking site was updated today to reflect that he no longer performs pedicures, which only confirmed that the information hadn’t been properly communicated beforehand. I was then assigned to Tam for my pedicure, and she was fantastic. She provided excellent service, was professional, and made me feel welcome despite the confusion. While I was receiving my pedicure, I began to realize that I likely would not be having my dip manicure appointment with Quyen either. During that time, I observed him take another customer instead of me for what should have been my scheduled appointment. At that point, it became clear that I was no longer on his schedule, despite having specifically booked both services with him. Tam went on to do my dip manicure as well, and she did a wonderful job. What was frustrating was the complete lack of communication and accountability surrounding the situation. Tam went to speak with Quyen about my appointment, and his response suggested that my appointment had not been communicated to him or that he was unaware I had been scheduled with him that morning. What made the situation even more confusing was that the receptionist, who had told me she had texted him, never said a word to him about my appointment while I was there. No one apologized, acknowledged the mistake, or attempted to address the inconvenience. The final straw came when I logged into the booking system later today to cancel my future appointments. Before I could even do that, all of my future appointments that I had specifically booked with Quyen had already been changed to “any available technician” without my knowledge or consent. That felt incredibly unprofessional and disrespectful. I am the type of customer who arrives on time, treats staff respectfully, and tips generously. I genuinely don’t understand what the issue was, but today’s experience left me feeling dismissed and undervalued as a customer. I want to emphasize that Tam was wonderful and deserves recognition for her excellent service. Unfortunately, the poor communication, lack of transparency, and overall handling of my appointments have made the decision easy. I will not be returning.

Leo absolutely KILLED my nails 😍 The fish design is beyond cute and the detail is insane. I already know my son is going to be obsessed when he sees them 🐟💙 If you need a nail artist who actually listens and delivers, Leo is it!!
