This was my first time needing to use my roadside assistance to tow my truck home & James came to the rescue. Very nice guy. Got us hooked up & towed home smoothly & safely. Didn't leave us to Uber home let us jump in with him. If you ever need a tow & call these guys. You would be lucky to get James. Thanks you for a GREAT first time tow experience.

I called Towing Unlimited to have my Grand Cherokee picked up and taken to the mechanic. Although they did pick it up and drop it off, they just dropped it off behind the mechanic shop in an unsecured area, never told anyone, and left the keys in it. After two days I called the mechanic for an update and they had no idea my car was ever dropped off. I have yet to go through my vehicle but hopefully nothing was stolen or damaged. Would not recommend.

Unprofessional.. The estimated arrival time had done went by.Do not Communicate!!! Was waiting for two hours, I called to check for the second time then they tell me they can't make it, which is "B.S". I will definitely not prefer to anyone!!! And also the girl that answer the phone has a very I dont give a two cent attitude. I will definitely block them from doing business with.... Customer Beware!!

They came on time and right away. Had my car jumped within minutes. Super nice guy. Showed me the jump pack he used and where I could buy one.
