I would like to say thank you to Tuck & Howell for sending someone to check my AC system for my home so quickly. Connor, a field technician showed up first. He look at my system and explained what I must do to get the system fixed. He also explained why. Story short, I must replace this 40 year old system. So Connor called his field supervisor, Josh. Josh looked at the system I have and inspected my home to see what must be done to install a new AC system. Then Josh and Connor sat down and talked with me about options. They answered all my questions. We came up with a plan that was satisfying. I noticed while we doing business, we were talking together like we were family. They were so polite, not in hurry to rush off, willing to help me in any way they can. We laughed and joked around a little. I have been doing business with Tuck & Howell since 1995. And I'm still proud they service my home AC system.

Kole is awesome!!!! He truly saved the day in this terrible heat! He arrived quickly and had cool air up and running in 5 minutes. He was professional and super friendly. We are so thankful for his expertise.

I love sticking with local businesses and this one didn’t disappoint. Yesterday was by far the best service I have ever had from ANY company. Hector was AMAZING. He loves his job and it shows. He worked hard and with a very positive attitude. I loved his energy and he fixed my problems. He also educated me on the tankless water heater, which no one else had ever done. I have already scheduled an appointment for them to check my heating and air. I have finally found my plumbing and heating and air company. Try them, you will like them. Shortly after my original feedback, I needed them again for my heating and air and they sent JD and he was also AMAZING. They both crossed paths in my house one day, so I snagged a picture of the amazing team that will now be taking care of my plumbing, heating and air. I still stand behind my five star rating.

Tuck and Howell have been serving us for over 30 years … always with exceptional courtesy, quality and professional craftsmanship. Again, today, the team was at our home providing superior service … both HVAC (new 5-ton unit) and plumbing (state-of-the-art tankless water heaters). The entire team of technicians exceeded expectations in all phases. Shoutout to Jacob (HVAC) and James (Plumbing) for their meticulous attention to detail and overall elite service. Another stellar project indeed!

I contracted with Tuck and Howell to remove and replace all my HVAC ductwork in my crawlspace. Their pricing was very competitive. They upgraded ductwork with appropriate sized supply and return lines for my 3-ton HVAC. They added dampers for each trunk line and carefully balanced the airflow flow to each room. The team of Jose, Oseur, Bryson, and Hunter were led by Justin Crews. All did a fabulous job. Justin kept me thoroughly informed throughout the project and answered all my questions appropriately. I would highly recommend Tuck and Howell based on my experience with them.
