Cleaning was great! I always appreciate the communication, flexibility, and true willingness to help I receive from Two Maids. I reserved a last minute cleaning before heading gout of town and needed to make a pretty specific window of town work in order to accommodate my work schedule. They were happy to do so -- always easy to book, too!

My wife is pregnant so we were looking for a one-time deep clean before the baby arrives. We picked Two Maids because it was the most affordable but we definitely made the right choice. Booking online was easy. Stephanie reached out prior to the cleaning to come by the house and do a quick walkthrough. Kelli and Cerria were the ones that actually did the cleaning and they were on time and very thorough. We’re very happy with the results and the house looks and smells great! Highly recommend two maids

I couldn’t be more pleased with the team that Two Maids sent out for my house cleaning. They were extremely easy to communicate with and paid great attention to every detail. You can’t tell Two Maids values and strives to deliver Quality service. I highly recommend Two Maids, whether it’s a one time cleaning or a monthly cleaning. They are very easy to make an appointment with in coordinates with your schedule.

We have booked Two Maids for their Premium service every four weeks. The price is very reasonable and on the lower end of what we were quoted by other maid services ($250–$400). Our home is 3,000 square feet with three bedrooms and three bathrooms, and we have two adults and two dogs. Setting up the service was very easy. The automated customer communication tools are simple and useful, including a website with a personal account to manage cleanings, options to add extra services like oven cleaning, and automatic text updates. If needed, you can also call the office and speak with a real person. The cleaning team was excellent—polite, professional, and efficient. They communicated by text to let us know when they were arriving and got straight to work as soon as they arrived. We stayed home during the cleaning this time, but as we become more comfortable, we plan to leave a key so they can clean while we and the dogs are out. Since this was the first cleaning, it took a little longer, but the results were outstanding. The house is shiny, bright, and smells wonderfully clean. We are delighted with both the service and the results.

Pros: Communications with the manager is good, scheduling is flexible and easy, maids arrive on time and very friendly. They did a good job in cleaning the shower area. Cons: For the deep cleaning of wooden floor, maids missed a few areas like under the bed and shelf, and around some furnitures. The quality of cleaning is inconsistent, some areas still have stains and I expected better quality for a one-time deep clean.
