Avoid this company. I was a loyal customer for three years, and this is how they treated me. Without any prior notice—no email, letter, text message, or phone call—they raised the price of their annual maintenance plan from $199 to $295. They never informed me of the increase before scheduling or performing the service. The technician completed the routine maintenance, and only when he was about to leave did he tell me the new price. I was shocked. Had I known about the increase, I would have had the opportunity to compare prices or choose another company. When I asked them to honor the price I had been paying, they refused. Instead, they told me I had to pay either $295 for the annual plan or $169 for a single maintenance visit. To make matters even worse, the customer service representative told me that the owner intended to place a lien on my property if I didn’t pay. Making that kind of threat over a disputed maintenance charge is completely unacceptable and highly unprofessional. After three years as a customer, this is how I was treated. They lost a loyal customer over a $96 increase that they never disclosed in advance. If you value honesty, transparency, and good customer service, I strongly recommend choosing another company. I will never do business with them again.

Needed an AV charger installed in the garage, so I went to the Gateway FB page for recommendations. Ultimate Homes & Cooling was one of the top two picks, so I got an estimate over the phone and signed them up. Great decision and very happy with the choice. Showed up on time and did a great job, thanks Danny and Taylor. While they were there I asked them about putting in an outlet for a bidet and if I’d need another appointment. They were happy to do it then and had everything they needed. Did a great job cleaning up afterwards, even after cutting the drywall, and now I don’t have an extension cord running into the WC. Highly recommend and it’s great knowing I now have them in my Contacts for all my electrical needs.

Amazing service received from Ultimate Homes & Cooling. Fantastic to work with from the initial call to the end repair. Service tech Izaiha was early for the scheduled appointment which was awesome. Prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. He walked us through every part of the repair needed, let us know step by step where he was at with repairs and let us know of any and all findings along the way. Upfront and honest all the way through with highly competent technicians is what you would hope for. Fair and reasonable cost as well. We got that all with Ultimate Homes & Cooling. Highly recommend this company.

Ultimate Homes I would highly suggest them! We had a different company come out and told us that our central air conditioner wouldn’t hold the Freon and we needed to get a line test done to make sure it was working! We decided to get a second opinion. Someone recommended Ultimate Homes. We called and talk to Morgan she was extremely nice and sent someone out immediately. Our service person was Andy. Andy filled the Freon and he saw immediately where it was coming from.He came back out the next day and fixed it. Great Company and we trust them! Thanks Andy you did a great job!

Dan and Tyler from Ultimate Homes & Cooling LLC did an absolutely outstanding job. From start to finish they were incredibly thorough, professional, and carefully explained what they were doing. They made sure everything was functioning properly, worked efficiently and when they finished, they cleaned up so well you wouldn’t have even known work had been done! It’s rare to find technicians who combine skill, professionalism, and respect for your home the way they do. Dan and Tyler are exceptional. I would highly recommend them without hesitation!
