While I haven’t gotten my first month’s bills yet, my experience with Unicity Solar has been all positive. My sales rep Clayton was great. He explained everything, took his time, and didn’t pressure me. With nothing out of pocket, and everything handled by Unicity, all I had to do was wait approval from my HOA. Unicity prepared and submitted all of the paperwork to the HOA, as well as applying for city permits. I didn’t really have to do anything. The install team was very courteous and professional. All of my interactions with Unicity Customer Support have been positive. Once installed and activated, I can see the system (on a sunny day) is producing 3x what we’re using during the day. Then we have to use power from the grid at night. It looks to balance out. I do work from home, so my highest electrical usage is during the day. The system is producing more than enough electricity. So far I’m happy with the system, and Unicity. Next up…getting a battery installed.
