United States Transport provided outstanding service from start to finish. They successfully transported my father’s box truck from Orlando back to Lehigh Acres, and the entire process was smooth and well-organized. Roxana in the office was awesome—professional, responsive, and extremely helpful with communication and scheduling. She made everything easy and stress-free. The tow truck driver, Frank, did an incredible job. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and handled the vehicle with great care. I truly appreciate the professionalism and reliability of the entire team. I would absolutely recommend United States Transport to anyone in need of dependable vehicle transport services.

On 05-24-2026, a friend of mine had his entire tire come loose while driving on Del-Prado Extension, and Steve was dispatched through AAA. He arrived very quickly! Within twenty minutes! The car was in the median, stuck in the dirt, and Steve used his bare hands to dig under the car to place a jack so we could reattach the wheel in order to roll the car onto the flatbed. All that to avoid dragging the car onto the flatbed and potentially damaging it further!! Extremely careful and considerate service. Steve knows his stuff and will get you fixed up to the best of his ability, even if that involves some unconventional methods. All in all, super happy and satisfied with the service. They turned a bad situation into the best situation they could. Thanks again Steve!!! Stay safe out there!

You know it's not a good day when your favorite truck and your only transportation breaks down on you however Stephen was there to help out and he was there to tow my truck to where it needed to go in an outstanding professional service. Talking with Steven made things better even though it was a bad situation he was there to help me out and was like an old friend. I recommend anyone to use United States Tansport Towing and Recovery not only for outstanding and professional service, but they are patriotic supporting veterans, first responders, deputie, and police officers. I wanted to leave this review in regards to a specific driver for this company. His name is Steve, unfortunately I did not ask his last name, but I want to say that he arrived in a timely manner on a Sunday evening to transport my Blazer EV to a preferred dealership, I had the vehicle prepped for him upon arrival with recovery hook and vehicle in neutral, he was very grateful for this and was able to show incredible knowledge and skill regarding transporting this and other vehicles, he helped explain what the process would have been if I did not have the recovery hook available, he also helped explain that he would not need me to be present for vehicle dropoff at the dealership as he was equipped to be able to temporarily start the vehicle to put it into park and fill out the appropriate paperwork for after hours dropoff. Long story short, I am very appreciative that I was able to have Steve as my transporter and this company should absolutely take notice of having a valuable asset such as him. Good, knowledgeable, skilled, and professional workers are hard to find these days and I hope he is able to get all that he deserves in this line of work.
