Went to Waves today to do a quick re-vamp clean of my car before I leave to go out of town. The manager, Val, sent me back through because he noticed my wheel wells were still dirty. Afterward, while I was vacuuming and wiping things down, he took my mats, had them sprayed off and proceeded to clean my wheels. 10/10 experience today. If you’re looking for detail-level clean, in & our car washes are not for you. However, this is definitely worth revisiting for the level of customer satisfaction they guarantee.
A bit pricey and I wish at $35 it would clean the wheels of brake dust better! But can be a decent deal with monthly subscription if you wash more than 1 time a week. Need wheel cleaners and brushes for real though!!!
I love Waves! I've used similar car wash services but this is the most consistent yet! I just need to visit more often to get my monies worth. Staff is always present and helpful. Today Aiden assisted me with my having to look for anyone. Very respectful and courteous. Thank you!

I love this car wash! It’s so convenient for me so I take advantage of the monthly membership. It’s always clean, towels are stacked fresh, and plenty of spray bottles for windows. They really care about their customers. I often see Jake one of the managers walking around asking if we need help or if they can do anything for us.
