This Whole Foods is one of my favorite so far from all over the States I’ve been to and I’ve visited 44 States for the past year and a half. Staff is so friendly and professional, the food is always fresh and various and the best mushroom pizza with coffee. Thank you for keeping the top standards ❤️
The ease of being able to return Amazon packages and get your produce is truly a luxury. I enjoy their pizza specials they have on weekdays. I’ll often grab lunch at the hot bar as well. Really enjoy WF!
This is the best Whole Foods I’ve ever been to. No exaggeration. Everything is easy to find. The store is always clean and well-organized. The employees are the best. I’ve always been treated kindly, felt prioritized as a customer, and been helped without needing to wait long. The small batch and independently sourced goods are top notch and offer a great flair of variety.
Honestly, its a great place to shop. This was my first time visiting this location and I just love the idea of growing heirloom tomatoes as an addition to the garden. I was able to purchase quite a few vegetable seed packs there also. Sooooo many seeds to choose from. Would I go back, yes, of course! The variety of different products is the reason and I just love growing what I eat. 😀
Dear Whole Foods Management, I am writing to formally express my disappointment regarding a recent shopping experience at your Greenville, South Carolina location. Despite spending over $400 during this visit, the level of service and the quality of packaging for my seafood purchase were well below the standards I expect from Whole Foods. I encountered several issues that made this visit particularly frustrating: - Product Packaging: I was concerned to find that high-end salmon, priced at $42.99 per pound, was packaged in thin vegetable bags rather than the standard leak-proof seafood bags. When I requested the proper packaging, the seafood associate was condescending and dismissive, prioritizing personal views over addressing my request for functional packaging. - ID Scanning Policy: During checkout, I was told my identification had to be scanned to purchase wine. As a 49-year-old customer, I found this to be an unnecessary requirement. While the staff eventually agreed to a visual verification as permitted by South Carolina law, the interaction was handled with a poor attitude. - General Customer Service: Throughout the store, I found the staff to be unfriendly and dismissive, treating basic service requests as an inconvenience. Given the premium prices at Whole Foods, I expect a higher level of professional courtesy and functional quality. This experience has left me dissatisfied with the value provided during this visit. I hope you will take this feedback into account to improve staff training and the overall customer experience at this location. Sincerely,
