First class roofing was fantastic, John and his crew was incredible, hard working. Giuseppe was a pleasure to work with. I initially called First class for a leak I had on the lower flat roof. After Giuseppe addressed my initial concern he checked the 2nd story and discovered significant wind damage. I trusted Giuseppe to help me file a claim and advocate on my behalf. To my surprise, he successfully negotiated a full replacement and now I have a new roof along with my repair for the lower roof! I would recommend them to others thank you to all that made this possible .

Very happy and glad that I chose First Class Roofing. Brian and his team did an awesome job.First off, I did have 5 proposals and inspections done from reputable roofing companies after checking and reading reviews, and backgrounds from the BBB and the State Business offices. I was quickly able to narrow it down to two perspective companies. Both offered what I was looking for in my roofing job. But, I found that Brian was very responsive to my questions and follow up phone calls and willing to go the extra in helping accomplish my goals for our roof. Timing was important due to solar installation. He explained thoroughly what they would do and the materials they would use. He also addressed a main concern of mine of a leaking area right over our porch and how it would be resolved. Our prior roofing company never fixed or repaired it properly after 3 times which created a safety hazard when ever it rained. No leaks now and looks clean and solid. They also use Malarkey shingles which I did want after doing some clicking and research on various websites. I chose the Highlander shingle in the Ivory Mist color due to its solar reflectance and that it meets Cool Roof requirements. And with the installation of roof vents, we are able to tell the difference in temperature on those hot-humid days. We don't have to use the AC as often, but when we do, the house cools down faster. On the first day of the job, the foreman showed up early and I had a nice conversation with him as he explained what would be happening during the next two days. The whole crew were very friendly, respectable, and friendly. They worked nonstop removing my old roof and prepping the way for the new installation. On the flat roof area, it was planned to be silicone coated and proper preparation is very important for a good seal. I was impressed by how thorough they were. They had put sheet plastic around the whole house to catch any debris and protect our walkways and plants. At the end of the day they cleaned it all up and made sure the grounds were clear of any debris. Everything was in good shape. No damages. The next day, they efficiently began the installation of my roof shingles and roof coatings. All went smoothly and they did not mind me watching and taking some photos, of course at a respectful distance to them as they worked. Brian and the foreman kept me updated. At the end of day, they again did a complete check and cleanup of our grounds. During the time, Brian and the workers shared insights and their years of experience and knowledge with me. Very helpful and considerate. On the third day Brian (owner), showed up to do a final inspection and finalize the roof coating, insuring all was covered and properly done. Wow! Now I know why they have so many five Star reviews. Do your research before hiring a roofing company, so many out there. But, if you are looking for a company that has integrity, uses quality materials, and quality and experienced workmanship, is respectful of you and your property, very fair pricing, is open and responsive to questions and phone calls. Then give Brian and First Class Roofing a call first and you probably won't have to look any further. Highly recommend.

Bryan and his team are dependable, friendly and knowledgeable. All work finished on time and within estimate. First Class Roofing honored the initial estimate even after recommending superior materials (metal versus shingle) suitable for our rainy location. Zero shortcuts. 100% integrity. This is a local family business that earned my trust. I was so impressed, used them on 2 roof projects, and highly recommend using them for any roof construction or repair project you may have. Exceeded all expectations!!

First of all, if you’re looking for a perfect solution to your leaking roof or roof replacement, look no further than Bryan and his crew at First Class Roofing Company. Two weeks ago, me and my wife discovered that our ceiling had a leak. We were so worried considering the storm is coming through Oahu. We were blessed to found First Class Roofing company. I contacted Bryan to have a quote or estimate for our roof and told him that we really needed a roof replacement. Despite his busy schedule, Bryan immediately came to our house and did the survey. To be honest, I wanted at least 1 more contractor to come out and make our decision from there, but after speaking with Bryan, it was clear who we were going with. Bryan showed empathy to our situation. Bryan not only gave us a fair price but he also came in clutch and made his crew come out couple days earlier before our schedule roof replacement day just for us to not worry about our roof leaking before the Kona Storm. Mahalo Nui Loa Bryan and to your awesome crew. Me and my wife were overwhelmed on how punctual, professional, honest, and with great workmanship Bryan’s crew work. I am extremely pleased with the excellent job that Bryan and his crew did on the removal of our entire roof and installation of the new shingles. First Class is an excellent description of the service this team provides. Bryan was able to find an almost exact match to the discontinued roofing tiles my HOA requires. When the tiles arrived, his team immediately got to work and had everything staged on the roof the first day on Site. The 2nd day on site, they had 90% of the roof installed. on the 3rd day, they completed the entire job and had extra time to do some repairs and replacements to my existing roof, and clean up all of the rubbish at the site. I would highly recommend First Class Roofing!
